I'm not a marketer who found a niche. I'm an arborist who solved a problem.
I spent years on the ropes and the saws running my own tree business. Good crew, good gear, good reputation — and a growth ceiling I kept hitting my head on.
The work was never the problem. The pipeline was. Some months we were booked solid and knocking work back. Others I was lying awake doing payroll maths. I was quoting at night, chasing quotes on smoko, and watching cheaper operators win jobs we should have owned.
So I did what nobody in this industry does: I treated the marketing like a system instead of a side-job. Ads built around how people actually buy tree work. Quoting that happened in hours, not days. Follow-up that never forgot. The bottleneck broke. The calendar filled, the margins came back, and the business became something worth buying —
so someone bought it. I sold the business, put down the saws, and now I do this one thing full time: building the same growth engine for other arborists that I wish someone had built for me.
I only work with tree businesses. I know your seasons, your customers, your quoting problems and your margins — because they were mine.
